This evocative, non-commercial series focuses entirely on death, grief and mourning, speculating on the possibilities of afterlife. Thin, elongated spectral figures represent ever-present spirits that skim the atmosphere and roam earth for all eternity. Various materials and techniques are used on multiple backgrounds ranging from heavy watercolor paper, toothed pastel paper, canvas and old text. Pastels, acrylic and pen & ink leave their particular signatures.
